Delia Skin Care Purifying Toner

This calming toner uses floral waters as well as aloe vera to refresh the skin. Alcohol-free witch hazel helps purify pores. It is great for all skin types - especially normal to oily skin.

Pour desired amount onto cotton pad and gently rub onto cleansed face and neck in circular motions, morning and night.

If used twice a day, this product lasts the average consumer 1 month.
