Measuring tips:
- Bust - Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.
- Waist- Measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably loose to ensure the best fit..
- Drop Waist - Measure around your body 1 ½" below your natural waist.
- Hips - Standing with feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Inseam - Choose your favourite fit of pants, measure from midline seam to bottom of leg.
Classic Brownies
A beautiful pastry flour, with dark cocoa, packed brown sugar, a little sugar for texture, and dark chocolate chips. I admit, my New Year's resolutions have gone out the window :) You will need: 1/2 cup (125 ml) canola oil or melted butter 3 eggs Preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Empty the contents of the jar into a bowl and add the additional ingredients. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a square pan lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled. Bake in the center of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until desired consistency (baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven). Let cool on the counter for a few minutes before serving.

This is so cute and long enough to reach my ankles (I'm 5'3" for reference). The size S waistband fits very well around my 27" waist and very stretchy so it was very comfortable over a 39" hip. It's 100% rayon, breathable and lined with a thin underskirt for modesty. The Doen skirt was so expensive and this was a perfectly affordable one in the same style! Sewing is excellent quality. Highly recommend this for spring/summer this year, I think it's super adorable paired with a mesh mary jane shoe! Shipping was also super fast. Love it!
