Sacha-ish Savoury Chili Condiment is developed in collaboration with Pay Chen, one of Canada's best known food and travel writers, and a familiar face and voice on TV and radio stations across the country. Expect earthy, salty-sweet, umami packed flavours that will add some depth with a little tangy, spicy twist to whatever you're making!
Try it with: Coat your favourite protein (or to top a steak!), as a dip for everything from chips to dumplings, as a cooking paste in veggie stir fries and noodles, stirred into your eggs, or as the ultimate sandwich spread! Zing Test Kitchen participants even used it as a vegan nduja!
